Draw-Flex Polyurethane Dual Containment System (DF)
The Draw-Flex dual containment system is used where additional protection is required to ensure no contamination to the environment or to the product, for example, chemical dosing, chemical transfer and water treatment.
In addition, if the Draw-Flex, containment tube is damaged or compromised in any way, it can be replaced without the need to replace the carrier hose, thus offering potential saving on costs further down the line.

The key advantages of Draw-Flex over other similar products in the market are:
- Wider choice of material for the inner dosing hoses, ensuring that chemical compatibility requirements are met
- Range of outer containment tubes which can offer better accessibility for securing clips and escaped liquid flow
- It is a cost effective system, offering the water treatment and handling industry the benefits of a ready-made dual containment hose at a significantly lower cost.
- Our Draw-Flex system was quickly accepted in the market. Working with our partners, we decided to offer the system ready assembled for those who needed to control their “on site” time and wanted an off the shelf product.
- The outer is made from PU with a range of inner tubes to suit your requirement including reinforced PVC and WRAS approved Vendhose.
- The PU outer is manufactured from WRAS approved material.* We also offer Draw-Flex with a PVC outer tube.
- We can also offer inner tubes in, PTFE to a maximum length of 100m. Longer lengths will be subject to MOQ & Hytrel Lined Vendhose - subject to minimum order quantities.
