Q. Do Colex Products comply with REACH legislation?

A. Colex International products are now all REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of CHemicals) compliant. Please read our REACH Statement or visit www.hse.gov.uk/reach for more information.

Q. Why should I buy a Colex product?

A. All of our products are manufactured from high quality materials from well known suppliers who guarantee to meet various stringent regulations with each and every batch. This, coupled with our internal quality control procedures, ensures consistency and peace of mind that our product meets all the standards we state. These standards include dependant upon material and application, FDA, DIN and REACh to name a few. Please contact the sales office for further information.

Q. Do you hold stock?

A. Colex hold a wide range of PVC, Nylon, Polyurethane, Polyethylene, Silicone, PTFE and re-coil airlines in a wide range of sizes and colour. Most are available in standard 30m coils, with longer length sizes in the more popular products. Colex stock various ranges of products as drum stock with a cut to order service.

Q. After I place an order how long before I receive my goods?

A. Colex offer a standard 3-5 day delivery service to mainland UK, but overnight and timed deliveries are available for standard stock product. Bespoke products are dispatched upon completion of the factory order. Please contact the sales department for full details and charges.

Q. How do I order a “made to measure” (bespoke) hose or tube?

A. Various criteria are required so that we can advise and quote. Please see our Quote Request page or contact the sales office.

Q. What if I require technical assistance?

A. We have an in-house technical department to handle your queries. Colex also has the support of their raw material manufacturers and independent laboratories to support their customers. If you have a technical question please contact us.

Q. Do you accept payment by PayPal?

A. If you want to set up an account with us please call +44 (0) 1858 461 100 and speak to one of the sales team. Alternatively if your order is over £100 (GBP) and you do not have an account but need to make a quick purchase, we do accept payment by PayPal.
