NeuVend™ (NV)
NeuVend™ is a Polyester Reinforced Hose manufactured from a uniquely formulated Thermoplastic Elastomer lined with Polyethylene for a smooth internal surface.
It has been tested in accordance with BS6920 and has achieved WRAS approval for the conveyance of cold and hot potable water up to 85°C. (WRAS listing number 0804508)
- Plasticiser Free
- Good chemical resistance
- Excellent flexural properties
Applications
Hot and cold water connections to free standing machines, chemical lines, and some liquid foodstuffs. Because this Hose is PVC free it is also suitable for a wide range of applications where end users are concerned about the possibility of Phthalate (Plasticizer) migration.
Chemical Resistance
The Hose has a very good chemical resistance and will convey many chemicals, and chemical solutions in water.

Colour
The standard hose has natural additive free liner, a black inner layer, which acts as an effective light barrier, and a white cover.
However, other colours can be made to customer requirements; all orders are subject to minimum order quantities.
Temperature *
Temperature range –20°C to +85°C
Variations
- Different ID and OD sizes.
- Different colours.
- A range of cut lengths and coil lengths.
- If there is a need for higher pressures, different yarn densities and configurations are available.
