NeuVend™ Tap Tail Liner
NeuVend™ Tap Tail Liner is manufactured from a Thermoplastic Elastomer lined with a smooth Polyethylene for a pit free internal surface, and is primarily designed for steel over braiding applications.
The NeuVend™ Liner has been tested in accordance with BS6920 and has achieved WRAS approval for conveying Hot and Cold Potable water up to 85ºC. (WRAS listing number 0804513)
The NeuVend™ Liner and Stainless Steel over braiding combination results in a Tap Tail that has excellent flexural and working pressure properties. In production this Tubing offers significant advantages over EPDM Liners during the braiding process, in addition, it does not have the curing time associated with EPDM and therefore assists both in improving stock rotation and reducing lead times.
NeuVend™ offers an excellent alternative to both EPDM and the new Generation PEX and Soft-PEX Liners, and offers a safe cost effective solution for installations where legislation or customer preference is an issue.
Applications
Designed for use in Flexible Tap Tails, NeuVend™ Liner is totally Plasticizer free and is suitable for a wide range of applications where end users are concerned about the possibility of Phthalate migration, it is therefore also suitable for use in the conveyance of some liquid foodstuffs.
Chemical Resistance
The NeuVend™ Liner has a very good chemical resistance and will convey many chemicals and chemical solutions in water.

Colour
The NeuVend™ Liner has a natural additive free inner layer and a black outer layer, which acts as an effective light barrier.

Temperature range –20°C to +85°C
NeuVend™ Tap Tail Liner is available in:
- A wide range Metric and Imperial sizes tailored to suit your individual needs.
- It can be supplied in coils or is available in long length on drums.
