In most cases we supply into pneumatic fitting stockists and hose distributors who are selling Camozzi, Festo, Norgren, John Guest, Legris, quick fit fittings which all require high tolerance, flexible pneumatic tubing in PA, PE and PUR. In almost all cases complete pneumatics systems are installed using fittings, valves, cylinders and flexible tubing. For different lines the tubing normally requires colour coding for easy identification. Colex are probably the only company that offer the widest range of standard colours, in both metric and imperial. Imperial sizes being an important element when dealing with American made or American designed systems/machines.
Our Din Spec Nylon is normally sold to customers who are supplying into the truck and trailer aftermarket, where the Din Spec Nylon is approved for trailer air brake lines and suspension units. Our Nylon Recoil Airlines are normally used on power tools and dynamic equipment driven by compressed air. The PVC covered Nylon is a special product sold into pneumatic installations, where there is a high humidity in the atmosphere, the PVC cover is applied to extend the life cycle of the nylon in humid conditions. We also manufacture our Weld Spatter Pneumatic Polyurethane with flame retardant PVC cover, which is supplied into pneumatic installations where welding sparks occur, normally in automotive chassis welding by robotics systems. Also useful in other dynamic applications.
