^Manufactured from a new range of raw materials called Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE)
^TPEs are polymers which combine some of the properties of rubber with the processability of thermoplastics
^Greater flexibility than PVC
^No plasticisers, therefore excellent UV resistance
^Extremely low odour permeability through the hose wall (far less porous than PVC)

   Applications
Delivery and light suction of most materials. Particularly suited to situations where subjected to direct sunlight or higher temperatures. The low odour permeability of Colex TPE delivery hose makes it an ideal material for carrying products where odour is a problem; i.e. toilet hoses on boats and caravans etc.

Pressures*
Values given are based on the short term burst pressure of the hose at 20C based on a 3:1 safety factor.
Note: Any increase in temperature above 20C will result in a decline in working pressure values.

Temperatures*
-20C + 100C

Chemical Resistance
Resistant to most oxidising and reducing agents and diluted acids and alkalis. For more detailed information please contact the Colex Sales Office.
