Extraflexible Suction Hose (XFMDS)

Colex International extra flexible suction hose is ideal for those general pumping and discharge applications that require a suction hose with greater flexibility, and is particularly useful in outdoor applications. It is constructed from a rigid PVC spiral encased in a softer grade non-phthalate flexible PVC, with a rigid PVC exterior anti-scuff stripe to increase abrasion resistance & durability.

Applications

General pumping and discharge applications requiring a greater flexibility than standard hose. Particularly suitable for use with: Vacuum tankers handling slurry, Cold stores, Outdoor applications

Water Delivery Hose (WDH)

Colex International water delivery hose is ideal for the horticultural and marine industries and is suitable for the conveyance of water, sewage, slurry & waste. It is also suitable for the delivery of some chemicals - please call the Colex sales office for more information. It is manufactured from a rigid PVC spiral, encased in flexible non-phthalate PVC.

Colex International oil resistant suction hose is the ideal hose for the suction and delivery of many different fuels, oils & greases. It is manufactured from a PVC nitrile blend reinforced with a rigid PVC spiral, with excellent pressure and vacuum ratings and a wide operating temperature.

Applications

Suitable for the suction and discharge of: Black fuel oils, Gas Oils with a low aromatic content, Kerosene, Paraffin, diesel oil & Naphthalene oil, Mineral based hydraulic oils, Lubricating oils & Tall oils, Greases.

Food Quality Suction & Discharge Hose (HDFQ)

Colex International food quality suction and discharge hose is manufactured from flexible, non-phthalate, food grade PVC with a rigid PVC spiral.

The raw materials used have approval for use with foodstuffs, making HDFQ ideal for the conveyance of a wide range of liquids and foodstuffs.

It is available from stock in clear 30m coils from 1" ID to 4" ID. We can offer other sizes, lengths etc subject to MOQ.

Applications

Suitable for the suction and discharge of solids & liquids (including water) and in the manufacture of food, beverages & constituent ingredients.
